With over 18 years’ experience as a building surveyor, Tim specialises in dilapidations. Tim will take us through the Dilapidations Protocol, the RICS Dilapidations Guidance Note, constituent parts of a schedule of dilapidations and how to assess loss, throwing in a few top tips with a focus on local case studies. The session will be a presentation with a Q&A session at the end, so come prepared with all your dilapidations related questions.
