Sustainability (and ESG) in Real Estate Valuation

Practical ESG implementation has become increasingly urgent with a raft of record-breaking, climate change triggered, catastrophic events globally, especially in this decade.   Following on from COP26, in Glasgow, and in the lead up to COP27, in Sharm El Sheik, it is pertinent that, as valuers, we correctly reflect ESG and Sustainability considerations in the valuation process.  The webinar will focus on real estate valuations and environmental sustainability (a major part of the ‘E’) within the wider, 3-strand, ESG agenda.
