Course information

Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 will take place from 13 to 19 May, and has been taking place since 2001.

It is the biggest opportunity for the whole of the UK to come together to focus on getting good mental health. The week aims to tackle stigma and help people understand and prioritize their and others' mental health.

Whilst construction can be a rewarding and varied industry to work in, it is also one where pressures can be high, and people can be more likely than average to experience work-related stress and other mental health issues.

Join us as we share our experiences of mental health in the workplace and find out about help and support available through the LionHeart charity.
