Developed in line with Bahrain Valuation Standards (BVS) and RICS global guidelines, this 4-tiered programme combines mandatory training, tier-specific courses, assessments, and valuation report submissions delivered in both English & Arabic. Participants progress from foundational methods to advance techniques, gaining formal CPD hours and certification at each stage.

The structure ensures both new and experienced valuers are equipped to deliver compliant high quality evaluation reports and demonstrate the competencies required for RERA licencing and professional recognition.

  • Apply valuation methods relevant to your licence tier, from residential to complex assets.
  • Produce BVS-compliant reports aligned with professional standards.
  • Demonstrate ethical and professional practice in line with regulations.
  • Pass tier-specific assessments, including knowledge and calculation tests.
  • Progress through licence tiers or apply for higher classifications.
